A Sampler Of What Sundays are for

What to do on a Sunday afternoon? The Possabilities are endless.
For those who work M-F it's a day of relaxation, maybe a day to get caught up on things around the house and yard. It's also a day for SPORTS! What is a winter sunday without the NFL (pretty boring if you ask me) Afternoon baseball games(usually that's when the family discount games are) NASCAR races on sundays , don't they. Hoops, Hockey, Horses and more all have games and races on sundays. Even golf (which I AM NOT A FAN OF) has their final rounds on sundays. Sundays are for sundaes (just makes sense). Sundays are for grill outs and relaxing, for finishing up homework and presentations for the coming week. Sundays are for family breakfasts and lunshs and even dinners. Sundays are for picnics and trips to the pool and the park. Sundays are for recovering from the damage you did to yourself on friday and saturday night. Sundays are for matinees and concerts and shows. Almost all the major award shows are on Sundays. And for those of you who do the church thing, sunday mornings can even be for that.

Sundays for me are spent outside as much as possible. I usually have my yard work done on Saturday so Sunday mornings I can sleep in a little bit (although not too late, 8:00 is a nice time for me) and after breakfast a short bike ride to the paper rack for a Sunday St. Pete Times for the lottery numbers, the tv guide and when I wasn't working or when I was looking for soemthing else the job section. Sometimes I go to the beach on Sundays but lately the spring breakers have made it more aggravation than it's worth so this weekend should be better. This weekend I am taking my dogs to Ft Desoto Park all day either Saturday or Sunday. Only nice beach in the county that allows dogs on it. Huge park so we'll have plenty to do. Saturday I think I'll do that and Sunday head down to Clearwater Beach and have Skyline. [img]cool.gif[/img]
